absolute FUN!


YEAH!! my first recurve event after gazillion years of not competing!! hahaa and it was more then wad i expected of myself. haha

IKO was a waste for me tho. my heart was racing and anxiety got over me. haha cldnt concentrate and lost by 2pts. hahaa.

TKO was sooo DRAMA can. haaha we're fighting for bronze and our third end was terrific!! fourth end was not too good tho . hahaa. quite funny .
on the third end, the countdown timer's got like 20secs left and i actually loaded the arrow wrongly!!! OMG. hahaaa. DR counted that i took 10secs to load it wrongly and then to correct it. hahaaaaaa. shot the arrow with a couple of secs left on the timer i think.

fourth end, last 18secs for me to shoot the last arrow...
loaded the arrow right this time...was the last archer on the firing line...
SOooo, i took my own sweet time for the setup made sure everything's stable...
and then *click* ...
10PTS!!!
OMGGGG. the best feeling that i've felt in a loooooong time.

hahaa. here comes the drama part the summing up of the total pts.
i counted NUS pts. no prob....
i counted ours twice and we 'lost' by a 1pt.
Even the judge also unofficially announced that they won. and so Linette got so hyped up she ran and jumped onto Gerri. Gerri cldnt take her wt and they fell on Serene's bow. *piak* her sight and her string broke.

then jieying felt something's amiss and i thought so too. we calculated again. realised we missed a 6pt from our scores!! OMGGG. dont ask me why i missed it twice earlier (dunno why too).
immediately we called for nus to rectify.

HAHAAAAAaaaaaa. omg. they broke the sight and string for absolutely nothing. and linette became a laughing stock. felt abit guilty tho. SORRY NUS!!...hahahaha..
after the event we went cam whoring hahaaa.. so damn funnn....cant wait to get the pics!!! overall, that was one of the best weekend for meee!! =)
